As a creative type, I have the ideal job; it starts at noon, leaving my mornings free for artistic pursuits, like painting and writing. I divide my mornings between re-creating images and typing novels which I'm perpetually trying to publish. Interrupting my doodles and ditherings is my 21 year old Blue & Gold macaw I've had pretty much since he hatched. We live in my studio. Just so I'm not totally sedentary, sitting at work and at either my writing or painting desk, I go sit on benches at the gym and lift weights, and am in a rowing scull once per week. I've been bodybuilding 28 years - almost as long as I've been painting and writing. Rowing is new in the last 4 years. Previous distractions have been motorcycling and swimming at a varsity level. I am now into non-processed home cooked foods and natural healing. Anything that can possibly set me further away from the mainstream, there I am. My art reflects my uniqueness and passions. I love beauty, and try and let out my loves on paper and canvas.
